Open Society " JSC Russian Railways " per 2007 will direct on development of a transport corridor in a direction Kuzbas - North-West 6.4 billion rbl.
The purpose of the investment project is the increase carrying abilities of the direction.

In 2007 " RR " will be directed the investments on reconstruction of several stations such as Losta, Cherepovets-1 stations (the Northern railway), Volkhovstroy and Avtovo (the October railway), Gorki -sorting, Balezino (the Gorkovsky railway), Moskovka (the West-Siberian railway).

Realization of the project will finish to the end of 2008.
