providing assistance to make sure the wagons move on to the point of destination

In case any
cargo fails to arrive at the point of destination within the regulatory delivery
deadline, locating the rail car by reference to its registered number across
Russia and CIS, provided it's not yet six months since it goes missing.
Assistance in
export and transit plan allocations

Assisting the
Customer in obtaining freight plan allocation

Monitoring,
throughout the respective month of planning, the receipt of export freight
applications forwarded via agents by local railway departments to the Railway
Ministry's Central Transportation Financing Division, as well as applications
for transit cargoes moving via Russian railways to CIS and other countries, as
may be conveyed by a cable notice (telegram) referencing TransGroup AS as the
Russian railways forwarder

Making sure
seaports confirm their readiness to accept any cargo volumes notified for
shipping within any particular timeframe

Resolving any
problems that affect any shipment with respective employees and the Railway
Ministry's Central Transportation Financing Division

Advising the
Customer, via agreed communication channels, as to what decision is made on any
given application
In case the Railway Ministry of the RF rejects
an application for a valid reason

Making sure any
circumstances prompting the rejection are remedied, and taking measures for
Railway Ministry's reconsideration of the application so
rejected
Advisory services (reference information as to
the current terms and conditions of freight services, tariffs, distances, rules

Customer

Ex-ERS data export setup to match the
Customer's desired format (in addition to the shipping document execution
manual, an Excel file is generated to facilitate the import of Forwarder's data
into the Customer database)

Pursing claims against railways and the Railway
Ministry's Central Transportation Financing Division for wrongly assessed
transportation charges. Until a particular claim has run its course, the wrong
or improperly assessed transportation charge its not billed to the Customer

Timely advice to the Customer in case of rail
car run-ups and/or potential conventional restrictions
